1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure a relaxing and full service experience.

2. Bridal Consultations & Reservations

Bridal packages and wedding day bookings require advance consultation and confirmation. Dates are held upon formal reservation confirmation with our bridal team.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we may accommodate other clients.

4. Service Satisfaction
